A safe way to report wrongdoing
If, through your relationship with Exceltrop, you have become aware of conduct that may breach the law or our internal rules, you can report it here in full confidence and, if you prefer, anonymously.
Guarantees
Confidentiality
Your identity and that of anyone mentioned is protected. Only the System Manager has access.
Anonymity
You can report without identifying yourself. Anonymous reports are handled with the same rigour.
No retaliation
Any retaliation against people who report in good faith, or against those close to them, is prohibited.
Timely response
Acknowledgement within 7 days and a response within 3 months at most (6 in complex cases).
What can be reported?
- Breaches of European Union law: food and product safety, environment, data protection, consumer protection, procurement, among others.
- Conduct that may constitute a criminal offence or a serious or very serious administrative offence, including those harming the Tax Agency or Social Security.
- Breaches of the company's internal rules and principles.
- Workplace, sexual or gender-based harassment, as an additional route to the specific protocol.
Who can use it?
Employees (including temporary staff, interns and trainees), former employees, job candidates, self-employed workers, suppliers and contractors and their staff, shareholders, members of the board and workers' representatives.

The main route. You can attach documents and follow up with a code, even if you report anonymously.

In-person meeting
You can request it in the form or by post. It will be arranged within 7 days.
External channels
You may also contact the Spanish Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I.) or the competent regional authorities. We recommend using this internal channel first when the breach can be effectively addressed within the company. A.A.I. website
